Making An Art Of Sushi
At Ocean 81, we consider it our pleasure to provide every customer not only with a wonderful meal but with an unforgettable and unique experience. The creation of sushi is an ancient art full of many beautiful traditions – and we believe that embracing those traditions and bringing them together with the creativity of our sushi artists results in a presentation of tastes, textures, and flavors unlike any other.
Our family has been serving Oklahomans quality, freshly prepared meals and warm, friendly service for nearly 30 years. My parents opened the Blue Moon Chinese restaurant in Edmond in 1986 and now my husband, son, and I are proud to be a part of serving four generations of customers in the same location. Hospitality is a tradition in our family and we opened Ocean 81 in 2017 with the idea of continuing and expanding the legacy my parents began.
We are confident you’ll find rolls on our menu that will become your favorites, but we also invite you to let our sushi artists treat you to something unique each time you visit. Their talent truly shines when they get to experiment with the day’s freshest ingredients or a unique combination of the flavors of the season.
